All are welcome to share in morning tea following 8:15am Mass every Tuesday.

Holy Hour Friday mornings at St Michael's Catholic Church, Nowra
Exposition begins at 10:30am, followed by Rosary and quiet prayer before the Blessed Sacrament. Benediction just prior to the 11:30am Mass. All welcome.
Craft-Tea Characters Wednesdays 9:30am to 12:00pm
There’s more to it than craft you’ll see; like coffee, laughs, community, conversation and more, if you’ll just walk in through the door. Give it a go and then you’ll know, all you need to do is show.

Coffee morning Sacred Heart Catholic Church Bomaderry - 1st and 3rd Sundays of the month
A number of Bomaderry Parishioners have commenced visiting the Bomaderry Bowling Club for morning coffee, following 9:30am Mass. Some even stay for lunch. All welcome!

You can enjoy the fun, games and friendship of Vincentia Social Group on the first Friday of each month. The Social Group meets at 6:00pm in the Holy Spirit Parish Hall, Vincentia. All welcome!

Barefoot Bowls - Every 2nd Tuesday
Join fellow Parishioners, every second Tuesday, from 4:30pm at the Bomaderry Bowling Club. The evening is guaranteed to be a lot of fun. There is no need to book, simply meet with the group at the club. Play in bare feet or wear a pair of soft soled shoes and bring $5 for registration. All welcome!

Sunday 19th November - Special Presentation: 13 students and 2 teachers from St John’s High School recently spent two weeks in East Timor for an immersion trip. They joined Catholic Mission and Timorese priests working in schools and orphanages, helping provide food and medicine. They found it a life-changing experience, and are happy to share their experiences with parishioners. They will speak briefly at the 6pm Mass and directly following Mass they will share their experiences in more detail at the school hall, including videos and photos. Let’s show them our support and be inspired by these wonderful young people – all welcome!
Monday 20th November & 27th November & Monday 4th December - Lectio Divina workshops - Lectio is a time-honored way of listening to God speak to me in my everyday life through the Scriptures. I can do it alone or with others. Is Lectio new to you? Or maybe you have used it in the past but would like to refresh or deepen your practice. A series of three workshops will be offered. Friday 24th November - Taizé Advent Gathering – from 7pm -An evening of meditation and stillness drawing inspiration from the Taizé community of France with prayer, song, and music. St Patrick’s, Berry. You are invited to join us for a light supper after the prayer in the Church hall.
Saturday 25th November - SVdP Good Works project - The Jim da Silva Farm will be holding their Annual Market Day from 10:00am. Located (near the tip) at: 38 Old Bamarang Rd, Mundamia (West Nowra). Stalls, live music, wood fired pizza, fresh produce, homemade goods and jams, plants, cupcakes, handmade furniture, local arts & crafts, and more!
Sunday 26th November - Feast of Christ the King - First Holy Communion for the Parish, Nowra Masses 9:30am and 12:00pm.
Sunday 3rd December - Mass with a Difference - The Emmaus group is hosting an event in conjunction with the International Day for People with a Disability. All are welcome to gather from 4:00pm in the school grounds for a social afternoon, then a sausage sizzle will be provided from 5:00pm. This will be followed by the 6:00pm Mass to be held outdoors on "God's grass". Seating will be provided. Please invite family and friends Everyone is most welcome.
Monday 4th December - Catechist End of Year Celebration: Our annual Catechist Mass will be held at St Michael’s Church Nowra 9:30am. After Mass, our end of year celebration will continue in the Parish Centre with a festive morning tea. This wonderful end of year celebration is for all Catechists, Classroom Helpers and those who support our precious ministry. Please RSVP to Frances 44231712

‘THE BEATITUDES’ SONGS & STORIES WITH PETER KEARNEY Friday Faith and Supper 17 November 7.30pm Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, 193 St Andrews Road Varroville This prayerful concert presentation will feature hymns and songs that illustrate the values of ‘The Beatitudes’ in various ways. Peter will speak and sing of the lives of good people (including Mary MacKillop_ who lived out these values, so bringing mercy, compassion and justice into our world. Donations welcome.
A Mass in French is celebrated at St John's Parish, Campbelltown, every second Sunday of the month. The next one will be on Sunday 12 of November at 6:00pm.

Faith Circles Weekly Resource for Small Groups. Small faith-sharing groups are a fun way to build relationships. They provide a place where each person can grow in their faith journey. They focus on the ways in which the Spirit is calling us to live a more active, loving and joyful relationship with God, our Church and our World. Weekly free small group resource called Faith Circles is available based on the Sunday Gospels with two reflections (including one by Pope Francis) as well as accompanying questions and prayer points.
