St Michael’s Parish Finance Committee
Description: Advisory body for the Parish Priest regarding financial and property matters. Weekly money counting.
Meetings: Held quarterly or as required.
Member Details: Members are appointed at the discretion of the Parish Priest. Volunteers undertake money counting.

Parish Pastoral Council
Description: An authorised and structured bodyof parishioners, which seeks to promote the involvement of the wholeparish in the life of the Church. The Council provides an opportunityfor parishioners to make their views and recommendations known onmatters relating to the pastoral and material welfare of the parish.
Meetings: Second monthly, with additional meetings called as required.
Member details: TheCouncil consists of ex officio members; regional representation;representation from some existing apostolic ministries; electedmembers; appointed members. Members are elected and/or appointed for athree year term.
Additional information: The council is consultative / advisory to the Parish Priest.
